By accessing or using Chrona ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Chrona is a calendar and time management application that provides an infinite scrolling timeline interface, event scheduling, reminders, calendar synchronization, and AI-powered scheduling assistance.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Upload malicious code or content
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages

5. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (events, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and share through the Service.

- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Prices are subject to change with notice.
- Refunds are handled according to the App Store or Google Play policies.

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Chrona and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, etc.). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and policies.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHRONA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, MISSED APPOINTMENTS, OR SCHEDULING ERRORS.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chrona operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
